Bishop Nathaniel Gamble, II
Bishop Nathaniel Gamble, II, a native of Kingstree, SC, is the eldest among seven siblings born to the Late Bishop Nathaniel Gamble, Sr., and Mother Geraldine Dozier Gamble. His educational journey began in the public schools of Williamsburg County and Williamsburg Technical College, where he earned recognition as an honor student. Furthering his education at Midlands Technical College in Columbia, SC, Nathaniel obtained a degree in Business. He expanded his knowledge by studying at the Executive Business Training Center in Charlotte, NC; Columbia, SC; West Palm Beach, FL; and Atlanta, GA. In March 2012, he achieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Phoenix.
Nathaniel Gamble, II, dedicated his life to Christ in his early teenage years, assuming various roles within The Church of God. His roles included Bible Lesson Secretary, Youth Vice-President, Youth President, Music Minister/Choir Director, Bible Lesson Teacher, Head Trustee, and Building Committee Chairman/Contractor. His passion for gospel music led to the creation of the gospel group “The Chosen Vessels,” and in 2001, he completed a CD project titled “I’ve Got Joy” with the Church of God & True Holiness Headquarters.
In 2004, during a sermon, Bishop Gamble received an anointing from God to preach, leading to his recognition as the Pastor of the Church of God Eastover/Columbia. Under his leadership, the church has made a significant impact on the Eastover community and beyond, reaching areas such as NC, GA, TX, FL, and even international efforts with missionary friends from Japan.
Apart from his pastoral duties, Bishop Gamble serves as a public servant at Lexington Medical Center. Additionally, he manages his carpentry business, specializing in custom decks, patios, fences, and wooden mailboxes.
Bishop Gamble remains committed to fulfilling the vision God has shown him, aiming to spread the message of Christ worldwide.
